If our S2R bibs are the Kings of Supreme Comfort (which they are) the S3's are the Kings of Performance.  We made some serious changes to these from previous generations of our bib offerings and believe these will be the best performance bibs you will ever ride in. First and foremost for 2019 we are using an all new body fabric.  It is a sublime power stretch synthetic offering medium compression and a fit like no other.  This is the most compressive bib we've ever put out and were only willing to do so since the body fabric itself is breathable and so is our chamois.  We believe in safety first when it comes to the undercarriage and we've got you covered there.  The end result is a bib that hugs the body and makes you look and feel great. We also took direct aim at the straps themselves and have increased their length and width for a better anatomic fit, and also use a new mesh that stretches as far as you need it to and is soft against the skin. Once you are in the riding position you will forget the straps are even there.   

At the other end of S3's we went with a sublime silicone leg band gripper that stays in place all day, so whether it's perfect tan lines or supreme comfort you're after....you're good to go.  The S3's have a 10.5" inseam on a medium and for most are a bit longer than mid-thigh and look and feel just right to us.  

And, finally, and perhaps most importantly, we use the same Cytech endurance/performance pad as we do in our beloved S2R bib shorts and invite you to ride for hours without having to worry about being comfortable in the saddle. This is the best pad we have ever tested and that's why we stick with it.  To date we have not found a more comfortable, durable pad that locks in place and keeps you protected and happy all day like this one.  Overall we like to believe that you will be hard-pressed to find better bibs than the S3's.
